Chapter 1 of Human Communication

Actually today is only my first lecture class. Why i say so, this is because i had actually missed out my first class on Tuesday, its was yesterday. SORRY SIR ,I PROMISED WONT MISS OUT AGAIN.

So, because of missed out on a lecture class, i started to get confusing on what lecturer talks to us today... Owhh and i slowly get back of it, lecturer has asked us to forming a group with 5-6 person a group and now i started to mess up which group should i join into... Never mind, this question has already fixed after the lecture class.

For my "FIRST" lecture class, i already learned what is HumanCommunication,  its about how people communicate with the another person by using various types of  ways to let the person understanding. For example, there are peoples who blind, dumb or even deaf. So human communication teach us in various ways to communicate with them by using spoken, body language, or emotion.

Besides ,communication is also act by the person who sending or receiving message, this is because the first impression is important to let others to remember you and also its very useful and needed in everything. Such as asking for the direction, if your emotion is fear and not smiling, the person will feel that you are threaten to him or her, and the communication is ended without get any instruction when asking for the direction. The another example is when you are meeting your girlfriends parents,  you dont have a good impression infront of her parents, everything going to ruin.
Moreover, the components of communication included
Social Psychological Context -relationships among participants, the roles that people play
Physical Context- the place taken to communication
Cultural Context - different cultures have different way to communicate

Temporal Context- the time of day as well as the time in history in which the communication takes place.

Linear communication model is one of the most used communication models. It is a one way communication and has no possible way for a feedback. Mass communication, listening to a speech, reading news paper are examples of linear communication.
The final purpose of human communication is to help, to discover, to relate, to persuade, and also to play. Before end of the class, lecturer has given us an small activity. There is a blind and deaf person and a person who dumb person are communicating... And asking us how thy able to communicate.
